Kinshofer acquires GMT Equipment
We are proud to announce that we are now a member of the Kinshofer Group.
GMT Equipment B.V. and Kinshofer GmbH of Holzkirchen in Germany have signed a definite agreement to merge. Under the terms of the agreement Kinshofer has acquired a majority shareholding of GMT Equipment.
