Remove a tree in small pieces and clear tree parts immediately. With just one machine and one operator. Directly from the tree to a container or chipper, without falling or touching the ground at all. No ground crew is needed. A huge time and manpower saver.
When felling trees mechanically, all employees remain on the ground, on the high-seat or in the crane cabin. They operate the crane, keep an eye on the surroundings or stand by the chipper. No physical climbing efforts need to be made and there’s no need for an aerial work platform either. The grapple saw, together with the crane to which it is attached, takes over all the tasks that would normally be carried out by climbing workers. That means maxiumum safety for the crew.
Very easy to operate: within a day, you will have mastered the handling of the grapple saw. Operation is done with the standard controls of your machine. If you can handle your crane, you can handle a GMT grapple saw.
The plug & play operation is one of our patented technologies. Our grapple saws can be connected 1:1 to all existing connections/hoses of a crane. Combine this with the quick coupler (C10) and extension arm and your crane vehicle will soon be able to maintain and remove trees.
